Plattsburgh (PBG) & Burlington (BTV) can get you anywhere you need to go.

4 Major Ski Resorts including the vastly popular Whiteface Mountain are all within an hour of Berry Patch Ln and several others stretch out a short distance from there. 

The 46ers is a club you can join if you enjoy hiking. The ADK mountain range has 46 High Peaks to conquer, several within minutes of Berry Patch Ln. 

Conquering all 46 brands you a 46er. Be sure to join the club before you start. 

A quick 5 minute drive will get you over the Champlain Bridge & into Vermont. 

Vermont has a lot to offer as from great restaurants to yearlong activities however you may find yourself going often just for the fuel.

Thats right the short drive to VT yields on average a staggering savings of 30 cents per gallon on fuel prices versus NY state. 

The Crown Point Historic Site is a popular tourist destination located just 5 minutes away settled on the shores of Lake Champlain. This was once an active fort use by the French forces during the French and Indian War in 1759 and later taken over by the American Colonists during the Revolutionary War in 1775. 

Another great place to visit is Fort Ticonderoga just 15 minutes away which is still intact and offers re-enactment shows in full dress attire. 

Lage George is another popular tourist destination. Just an hour to the South Lake George offers nice beaches, Premium shopping outlets from brands like coach and Under Armour plus dozens more. You will find a great restaurants here as well. Lake George also has boat rides and popular water and snow tubing destinations as well as a winter ice castle.

If you're a camper or RV'er you will find parks all over the 6 million acres of the ADK including Lake George & Crown Point. 

Lake Placid an hour to the North was the site of the 1980 Winter Olympics. 

The Olympic Center now offers several events for winter enthusiasts ranging from Hockey, to Ice skating championships and long jump competitions plus a whole lot more. 

The city offers multiple events, parades and even their own legendary ice castle every year lit up in a multi-color fashion.

This is a direct line to NYC if you want a comfortable ride with WiFi back or forth anytime. Stay for the weekend and avoid all the traffic and headaches of driving through the city.

The cost is even cheaper than the fuel and parking fees, plus its super convenient. 

Going to the station in nearby Middlebury you can even go one way to Atlantic City and back anytime you desire.
